The Centre for Enterprise Development has launched its 2026–2030 Strategic Plan, setting out a five-year programme aimed at strengthening micro, small and medium-sized businesses in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

The plan focuses on improving business development services, access to financing, investment readiness and partnerships. It is supported by the Caribbean Development Bank and includes a proposed US$4.64 million investment plan, with approximately US$3.3 million dedicated to entrepreneurship development.

For local entrepreneurs, the strategy could mean expanded opportunities for training, business support and preparation for investment and financing.

The initiative comes as SVG continues efforts to strengthen the private sector and create an environment where small businesses can expand, create jobs and contribute more to economic growth.
